Perhaps CWRN was/is Brad Resnick's crown jewel and now he's just cleaning out the closet before getting down to serious and profitable business. I'd expect he has buyers/contacts and that Geo Tech would not be dumb enough to attempt to sway them, assuming they are even credible anymore. Geo Tech wanted to dominate CWRN interests with good reason... huge amounts of iron ore. JMO.
