have to wonder why he amassed such a large concession empire that he cant possibly fully mine in his lifetime
and why w such he isnt getting ore out the door unless ore is slipping past us in ships just designated by ship line

unless he's so rich he doesnt care about getting ore out the door and can wait for what he thinks will be higher prices
but i didnt see him on a list of the 100 richest canadians- over ca $725 million

or is trying to renegotiate pre-existing contracts,which often dont apply to new owners
or even more obscure scenarios
