I don't see how they can't produce under $10/barrel. There are no energy costs (the largest costs in a pyrolysis process). With that largest cost eliminated we are left with operators, insurance, maintenance, catalyst, water, etc. Unless of course you want to pile on the entire cost of a public company which would never be considered in any project.
