Personally I think this debate over PTOI's ambiguous filings about whether or not a processor is operational...is very beneficial to Mr. Bordynuik. It means nobody is discussing how he defrauded investors by saying he could produce oil for under $10/bbl "loaded up with costs" and had an offer for that oil from Somerset Refinery for West Texas Intermediate spot prices less $3/bbl.
