Warp- you are correct. The overall point is that he and his dad run/founded the company and have the most to lose if they make a poor decision. Therefore, in their best interest as the largest shareholders, I would trust that they wouldn't authorize additional shares if they somehow thought it to be detrimental to their company and their shares.
