I don't know where the statute of limitations starts ticking on fraud in this case. It generally starts ticking when a person discovers or reasonably should have discovered the fraud. Since PTOI, undoubtedly still strongly influenced by Mr. Bordynuik, keeps the results hidden or vague with other costs and delays always confounding the results, there's no clear way for anyone to prove Mr. Bordynuik's claims were fake. Probably the only real point in time of discovery is if some shareholder says, "It suddenly dawned on me that Mr. Bordynuik defrauded me by saying he could make $10/bbl oil with an offer of WTI-$3." There's really no other way.
