Haha...These old guys are helping us with our DD and we owe them a great deal of gratitude when this thing pops. But you're right, we have a unique opportunity to buy and sit on this wonderful investment for a decade. I have absolutely no urgency whatsoever to sell anytime soon. I'm 34 and will stay the course
