There is no such thing as an "FAA GAG ORDER", and if you call a government agency and ask about such, you are a complete fool.
Now....that being said......there definitely are UNWRITTEN RESTRICTIONS as to what a start-up airline can and cannot say to the public as it progresses through the certification process.
UNWRITTEN as in the agents that are specifically working with Baltia HQ are the ones who are making the rules.
And.....if anyone wants to challenge those agents.....and wants to move up the chain of command and speak to their supervisors, well then.......I guess you had better be prepared to turn a 4 year process into a 40 year process...........
