Let me put it this way. You are not going to have someone state that there is a gag order in place just as you are not going to hear from baseball players that there are unwritten rules that they are told to follow even though they follow them.
Each industry I am sure has "gag orders" such as Sony having a new technology to introduce but they need to get rid of their "old" sets, so the employees are told not to say anything.
If you can't understand this, then you are not street smart can't grasp the concept, & I have the Brooklyn Bridge for sale for you..
