How many times have you seen the heralded new comer, drop an easy pass, zig when he should have zagged, then fumble the ball? What usually happens next? He takes it to the house on the next series. Remember, he's still a little green but certainly studies and trains hard. More importantly he listens to the experienced pros on his team. That's why I've chosen to give him room to grow as long as he improves each game.
