Welcome. The only way GC Wil get a 'Yes' vote for the additional shares is if he hits a few catalysts between now and Sept 22nd. A higher share price will go a long way to achieving those yes votes. I don't think it has as much to do with operations. I think it is for spin out, protection against takeover, show institutions they have plenty of shares, and maybe to support the purchase of a product.
