Gerald sounds like he is determined to uplist by the end of the year. At what PPS will he pull the trigger and at what point will he choose to delay to uplist?
Although we are all optimistic that the PPS will be .25-.40 or higher by then, we simply don't know where it will be. The way this trades, it is possible that we will still be stuck in the .15-19 cent range.
That being said, will GC still do a R/S in the .20c range or delay until more milestones are met and the price is higher?
I don't believe GC want's a R/S any more than any of us. A 1/20 R/S will leave him with about 380k shares.
The BOA/BOD all are share holders that will have their share count greatly reduced as well.
I'm hoping for a 1 for 10 R/S.
