I am not aware of a difference between the two. My thought was that Gerald just uses different terms to describe the same partner. What you are suggesting is that if our JV partner that will help us market Lympro and give us up front money is Johnson & Johnson...that they might contract out their lab work to someone else which would be our CLIA lab partner. If this is the case, it is new to me.
Gerald ought to clear this up, because most of us interpret his comment that the LymPro clia lab partner which is to be announced prior to the end of summer is the JV partner as well, the same. I think if we get some lab to do the test, but isn't our JV partner and gives us no money, shareholders will be surprised and the pps will drop to .07 cents!! Gerald really ought to clear that up now.
