I assume there are 2 LymPro partnership agreements that are being discussed and sometimes can get confused with oneanother:
1.) LymPro lab partner for CLIA, expected by end of summer = Sept., 30th
2.) LymPro JV agreement partner - expected after the 12 week CLIA certification process
If my hunch is correct, will we will be waiting till end of 4Q14 (at the very soonest) for a JV Agreement Partner, as the CLIA lab partner has not been establish yet for LP-002 studies
This all will fall well after the 9/22 Shareholders meeting to vote on the addit. 1-Bil. AS count increase.
These dates are important to note, as once the 1-Bil AS increase gets passed (which it will due to Nevada BOD voting rights), there's no looking back.
Also I've requested to know approx. when we can we expect the CC to take place...
