Churbz: I never thought we'd be trading at .103 cents in mid August. The LymPro data, LymPro partnership, and up listing has all been delayed. That is why we're trading so low.
I am very confident that the LymPro science is good. There is no reason the "bridge data" can't be completed by the end of August. ( I expect sens & spec numbers in the 90s) Gerald has said the LymPro partner will be announced by the end of summer, following the "bridge data." If this can't be done before the Sept. 22nd vote to raise the extra 1 billion shares, then I think the vote should be delayed. That's just my feeling.
Are retail shareholder vote's like ours needed to authorize the extra shares? Probably not. But I think management wants the good will of the retail shareholders. We hold enough shares to make a difference in the overall pps. And, Gerald is a fair guy and likes us. He doesn't want to hurt us. So I think he wants to be fair with us. Holding the vote with these critical LymPro catalysts not done yet would be pushing the envelope of that trust in my opinion.
