Correct me if I am wrong.
The only real danger of a proportional RS is not maintaining the value PPS after the split takes place and the extra unauthorized shares becoming outstanding (the left approx. 250 million now) that would be split as well being made outstanding after the split and then obviously the 1 billion new shares coming to market (which I trust is not the plan)
so say lympro catalysts bring stock to .65 by eoy
a proportional reverse split say 10:1 brings share price to 6.50 and authorized shares to 100 million....there is no harm done and we are on the nasdaq...only scares are stock falling from 6.50 due to lack of hit milestones or issuing the leftover 25 million authorized shares or obviously issuing some of the new billion?
