Gerald's Proposal For 1 Billion New Authorized Shares: Who knows what he plans on doing with those shares? He bought LymPro pretty wisely. If he can use those shares to get similar assets I'm all for it!! He and his team would surely use them wisely.
The shareholder meeting and vote on this issue will not be until Sept. 22nd. There are 3 LymPro catalysts I am expecting, based on Gerald's previous comments, that should happen before that meeting:
1) LymPro Revenue Guidance in Q2 CC in about a week.
2) LymPro "bridge data" completed and reported on.
3) LymPro partnership announcement by end of "summer."
If these 3 promised milestones are hit and shareholders are pleased with them, I'm sure Gerald will have large support. If any of them do not materialize before the shareholder meeting and vote, I suspect many shareholders would want to delay the vote....in fairness.
One billion additional authorized shares is a lot to ask us, especially if we will do a large Reverse Split. I'm willing to do them both, but in fairness, Gerald needs to deliver on these 3 promised milestones before I'm willing to vote yes. If he delivers, as I fully expect he will, I'll have no problem voting yes.
In fact, if these 3 milestones hit right, we'll be so giddy Gerald could ask to be put on the Title to our Homes and we'd all be willing to do it. But he needs to deliver during the next 5 weeks!!!
