"Just enough to increase liquidity..."
That's definitely the point of all these scam stocks. The goal of a 'pump' orchestrated by insiders isn't necessarily to raise the stock price--it's to provide liquidity to sell into. The ultimate goal of a scammer is to get money from investors' pockets into the scammer's pockets and the share price at which that happens doesn't matter. However price movement, either up or down, does motivate investors to trade.
It remains to be seen if Mr. Bordynuik wants to pump the stock to receive his back pay or whether he's satisfied with the millions he's already raked in from investors. However Mr. Heddle probably would want to get some of the back pay he's owed and "His excellency" probably wants to sell his shares. Among those three, there's probably someone motivated to try to push the stock.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
