It could be just another one of many Bordy-orchestrated "air" pumps, with no follow-through.
In other words, Bordy gets a couple of his shills to hint at "inside knowledge" about huge announcements to come, enough to excite the usual saps into buying, and then it fizzles out.
Just enough to increase liquidity of this dead turd for a week or two to help a few CONsultants dump some free stock, and then back to $0-2K/day trading.
