ok perfect, I have read all of those posts. I just read a post on the BCAP board (post # 15213) and I quote
"- assets of RIGH obtained via bankruptcy court proceedings forthcoming or past due debt payments settled out of court. "

This was posted by one of the moderators of that board so I was just wondering if there was something that I missed and I wasnt sure exactly what was meant by this
