I'm not invested in H*MP, but find it an interesting trade. Especially with the feds taking steps to legalize hemp in February. All that aside, B*PT shares did very well their first week, and continue to do well.
Regarding a pass-thru of equity to Sal, Angel clearly states this is not the case:
According to what is public (quarterly filings, annual filings), those shares ARE restricted and for a very specific purpose, " control shares ." Angel repeats this theme, in his emails.
