Gerald first used the term "financial engineering" in a CC 2 or 3 months back where he said they had some ideas that would "really increase shareholder value." We have all speculated what "financial engineering" meant.

I think we will all be much smarter at the end of this course in 4 months. I trust we will all be richer as well.
