Gerald first used the term "financial engineering" in a CC 2 or 3 months back where he said they had some ideas that would "really increase shareholder value." We have all speculated what "financial engineering" meant.
I think we are going to get a college course on "Capital Strategies" and "Financial Engineering" in the next couple of months. Covered in the "Course' will be:
1) One Billion Authorized Shares Request & the Reasons Why?
2) Reverse Split
3) Up Listing
4) Future Diagnostic Spin Off
5) Facilitating MANF/Orphan Indication Partnerships for 10 New Indications!
6) Poison Pill for Warding off Hostile Take Overs
7) Etc, Etc
I think we will all be much smarter at the end of this course in 4 months. I trust we will all be richer as well.
