Maybe for distributors and endorsers? Who knows. Maybe they did it for fun? Maybe it just sits there untapped? It sure isn't diluted or touched or issued so I don't understand your questions.
They raised their A/S to 3.5billion shares, they raised it by 1BILLION shares!
Ok, they raised their A/S by 40%
Why would they raise it by so much just to NOT use them? And why would they do share buybacks if they raised their A/S by 1 BILLION shares?
