The CEO owns tons of shares...does anyone think he would hold on to those shares if he was going to dilute? Wouldn't he have purchased them after words? You're right Diamond Dog he already explained the method to his madness...
Debt is not paid off.... It's has been reduced but not paid off. It states this in the 14c etc that the additional AS was increased to convert debt ( and the many other things.... But debt and obligations were part of it)

Some are attempting to upset the masses about the 1 billion share increase that was announced by the company a while back. The company did explain the purpose of said shares and they were very clear about it. Those shares are scheduled for enticement of a spokes person along with to bring the right people into the fold.
The bottom line is that as of present time the company is not flooding the market with shares, so all the PEEPS YELLING DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION
ARE WRONG, now going forward at some point once the restrictions on said shares cures then and only then we see some of those shares hit the market.
By that time I think we all agree the PPS will be at a higher range.
That is exactly the way I see this playing out.
Even at that point I don't see the market being flooded.

Even if they did raise it and they were put on the market...... In OTC land, there are way more companies with more shares, trading for more. This is an issue that is a Non - issue. Especially when we all know..... That is, those of us that have done ANY TYPE OF DD, know what they are slotted for.
