Yes, my son and I haven't been able to find any mention of a "disproportional reverse split" provision in the filing. Perhaps it is described using other words somewhere?
If this is the document used to vote on, and if a "disproportional reverse split" is being contemplated, it will have to be made more clear. Perhaps Gerald will blog about it.
