So what you are saying is the ticker change, the latest SEC filing and the 5 year solid waste permit were obtained, filed and permitted based upon fraudulent and misleading information? That seems to be what you are insinuating in your post.

Perhaps you could present a link to the fraudulent statements and also a link showing 'fraud' in relation to the same.
