So what?? Mr. Bordynuik was also allowed to purchase controlling interest in a shell and he was also allowed to file fraudulent financial statements. Allowing JBI to change the name, ticker and CUSIP doesn't mean anyone gave JBI a clean bill of health.
Permits?? I'm not exactly sure why you see that as some sort of progress. JBI/PTOI has had permits for five years already and it hasn't helped. Why do you feel the next five years will be better?? Permits are easy but don't confuse permits with commercial viability.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
