Thanks Yoda.  I beliebe that Tom did get the 10k done & submitted to the auditors.  I also believe the auditors found some glitches that needed resolvement, probably the kind of glitch that required in depth fact finding for resolvement.  Once that process was complete, he had to re-sbumit the 10k for audit.  We must remember that he is/was using 2 auditing firms.  Sometime a protocol suits one but not the other and that would also cause delays.  !! quarters is a monumental task for a 10k with a company with such a checkered history.
