I agree 100% - the semantics of the formal press releases have been very carefully worded throughout this process. AND on top of that this is why my personal opinion is 100% that the inspection took place:
We have been inspection ready since April. If these recent dry runs for growing were in preparation for an inspection why would they not have been done in May, June, July - since there was presumably the chance that HC could come out on fairly short notice. I cannot imagine waiting until just before an inspection date to do something that could potentially raise an issue and then not have time to correct the issue before inspection. If you remember - Bill mentioned doing the dry runs for "inspection" a few months ago. This is something entirely different in my opinion - I could be wrong but I'm taking action on my end to that end.
