i'm appreciative that some of the dead wood >> *dumped* earlier in 2013
still had to be paid thru EO 2013 (that would be 12.31.13)
i can only imagine RH's *frustration* in recognizing where a large chunk
of his investment in late 2013 >> was going to
but i can also understand the *awareness* of what has to be done *short term* to reap benefits *long term*
