LOL, funny you mention this, as i have already been in this position a few times - trying to lay this all out for newbies without sounding like some starry eyed, kool aid chugging, amateur day trader wanna be. So far i have gotten 4 co-workers to buy in, one with a significant 50000 share buy, and my best friend bought what he could with his limited funds.

I did find however, that even though my CTIX stump speech usually starts out cool, calm, and collected, i do speed up and pick up excitement and enthusiasm as i am reciting my DD practically verbatim to people LOL. The presentation usually concludes with me finding the nearest table, and screaming "THIS ONE'S FOR BIO", and karate chopping that sumbitch in half, LOL. Ok, maybe not, but my enthusiasm usually does come through, and everyone ive talked to tells me its reassuring for them to see how well i know the company, and how passionate i am about it. I try to do what i can to bring people on board!

As for the leukemia trial, id bet Q1 for sure, once we do get p21 confirmation, they will have no reason to hold anything up, and i bet they can get the ball rolling jan/feb timeframe
