I agree - I interpret today's "ghost town" atmosphere to mean that HC - if it indeed was HC yesterday - said that no corrective action needs to be done - which means that we passed. I also agree with your earlier post about the license coming in 10-14 business days. After 20 years in State regulation and licensing, I know that several days are typically required for all the layers of paperwork to go through the sign-off process that's required for license issuance. And God help you if someone in that process is on vacation! I don't know anything about the Canadian system, but I don't imagine that it's much different from any state-level agency.
