Why wouldn't most here want the p21 news held up until 2013 so that we could fund our 2013 Roth/IRA/etc at minimal share price rather than having price soar prior to 1Jan'13?  Also would have really substantial info by then that would make for a blockbuster PR with much added documentation of the results.  As long as I don't hear bad news prior to end of year, I will assume good things are happening with the trials and the delayed announcement is deemed by Leo to be in the best interests of us all.
