Excellent thoughts Hot. No doubt JR is restricted in what he can say. He did, however promise a "timeline" that was to explain the delays. I understand that he may have been advised not to publish that. So we investors are stuck in a game of pong between KMAG and the bureaucracy.
As this forum is opening up to free speech, it is natural that repressed frustrations are the first to arise. The shared bond between us all is that we at one time moved from investing on fundamental or technical judgments to now holding and even adding to our positions based on one man's word.
As frustrations and disappointments are finished being vented discussions will reveal our shared belief that KMAG is real and that the facts we got before this detour are valid.
I agree that it would be helpful for JR to contribute some new facts if he is able to. or to admit that he is being gagged.
