I know that when government entities are involved it is never "cut and dry".
I believe that KMAG and shareholders are being held back by one of our glorious agencies that are here to protect us (snicker) !!
I am not making excuses for Reid , I just know that anytime our illustrious ( yea right) government is involved in anything and if the outcome will make them look bad ( like they don't look bad already) , they will do whatever they can to detour it !!
I also believe Reid is and has been doing what he can !! I would imagine the rules and policies that are normally the way for a company and CEO to follow do not come into play with KMAG's unique situation !!
It would seem that agencies/agents have limited Reid to what he may release to shareholders.
In my opinion That was the reason for the social media outlet.
Yet these agencies/agents still keep KMAG from returning to her rightful position !!
So in my conclusion of my opinion , with what our government is doing and with the known SHORTERs bashing KMAG for the last 2 years. ( think about it .....bashing for 2 years and now saying that there is no such thing as air shares......who would go to that much trouble ? ) if the 300 million is not too far off think about how much they have to lose and what affect it will have on KMAGs share price when KMAG returns!!
Don't forget , the agencies/agents don't want to look bad either.
I will also send Reid an email asking him if there is anything he can put out that can be verified that KMAG and shareholders are in good shape. As it seems to be one of the major topics here.
