as far as I know Brad has no involvement or investment in the CA case,which has nothing to do w current operations, unless he expects Bob et al to share some of the booty from the CA case,as in some kind of agreement to do so- but I dont know anything about any such agreement-
so unless Brad plans on receiving a portion of the Ca case, we have to go back to the context of lucky's question,which deals w shareholders,esp as all reports indicate continued mining,should have a good inventory,which brad could sell at any time for millions of profits even at these prices

As info I emailed Brad asking if there was any light at the end of the tunnel for stockholders and received the following reply.
"A lot now depends on the outcome of the case in SD next month, and whether the price of Iron Ore recovers".
