Nice to see that Brad replied, and thanks for reaching out. My one positive take away is that he replied. I'm not sure what he meant by the SD outcome, but the iron ore price certainly is in his crosshairs, as well it should. If SD does not go well for the plaintiffs, is that a deal breaker for KMG? Or, does that mean something else? Guess we'll find out down the road a piece. I suck at reading between the lines anyway.
