But I am quite sure all PPM share holders knew this all along.....or did they think they had Class A shares with voting rights.....and...free trading shares all in 1?

And if they choose to utilize the voting rights in a Class A share...and give up the option of selling them.....what would be needed for a "majority" vote?....

What would they be voting on anyway??? The wall paper color.....what TP would be used by the company?....what pray tell??

How many ppm shareholders actually know they give up their ability to ever sell Class A shares? Isnt that what they purchased them for...to resale for a profit...or for voting rights...that mist likey carry no majority power???
