Here is a definition of some value to PPM share holders who think they have Class A shares.....
Definition
Typically, the most preferred tier of classified stock, offering more voting rights than Class B Shares. Class A shares are designed to insulate management from the short-term swings of Wall Street, by allowing those in management to control a small amount of the equity of the company but still maintain voting power. These types of shares are not sold to the public and cannot be traded, which supporters of the dual-share system say allows management to focus on long-term goals. In some cases, a company will designate shares to be Class A shares even though they have less voting rights, and designate the shares with more voting rights to be Class B shares; the decision is left up to the individual company.
Please read carefully...they do carry "some" voting right unless designated as not to unless they are preferred Class A.....and they CANNOT be traded.....so when any individual speaks for others in regards to how others feel in whats actually relevant....its best they be told entirely what they own and their positions are....thats why its always best to allow each individual speak for themselves when it comes to their monies....jmo....
Just sharing a tidbit of info some may find interesting.....but in any document there are options....such as...if I take free trading shares...do I relinquish my Class A voting right?...or what?
Share holders are a relevant part of any company....just as relevant as the company is...for any publicly traded company is nothing without shareholders....
