To me it means at the very least that NTEK and Sony has reached a content agreement or are very close. This would be a bigger risk for NTEK if there wasn't some kind of agreement in place because Tom Cosgrove is still the current CEO and president of Sony! NTEK would not get in bed with Sony unless there has been some major deal made.
