It makes sense for some to average down in the stock from $6.00 to $0.10 if that person personally believes they are not taking a loss even as the stock loses 98% of its value. It's no wonder Alcoa is doing so well--sales of tin foil in the manufacture of hats must be through the roof in certain areas of the country.
