CWRN sells a product to Cemex-and Bingo had publicly posted on this board that CWRN trucks to Cemex's Ensenada plant (something bala... if he is the same person, which I doubt, conveniently forgets again-like so many other things he previously knew) so theres already a relationship there.

So I dont see why CWRN couldnt sublease CEMEX conveyors to load ships.  Dealing w port apparently has created enough problems that it would be nice if CWRN obtained their own separate dock also.  Below is a pic of a telestacker conveyor from Superior.
