Agreed TB. I think we should pretty much expect a R/S.
Even if we somehow got to $2.00 without a split, do we really want 800,000,000 share outstanding when we are uplisted??
The stock would be slow to move with that many shares.
A R/S of 10/1 or less, I'll be ok with.
UNLESS, GC comes out of left field with some "financial engineering" that we are not expecting such as--
A spinoff of a division
A merger with a company already on a national exchange.
A huge Upfront cash infusion from BP
A buyback or retirement of a big block of stock from a big upfront cash deal
just my opinion.....AMBS
