Jumping into your business here..although I have a lifesize cutout of GC in my living room (right next to the shrine), and my twins are named "Amar" and "Antus"..and there is no one on this planet that would rather uplist without a RS (I have had BAD experiences with RS's)
..I am holding my enthusiasm for Gerald's statements to qualify as, basically..GC is not 100% certain that a RS will be required. Since he is NOT 100% certain, he does not currently care to contribute resources (time, effort, thoughts) to that option.
This does NOT mean that the RS option is off the table...just that it is premature to decide, one way ot the other, so why worry about it.
I don't want to be a buzz-kill, just trying to keep bodies from flying out of windows if he should mention a RS.
All in my uneducated opinion, and I am an idiot...so keep that in mind.
