To answer your question on the number of employees. There are 7, that includes the foreign team in Ukraine and the PI. Legal team is offsite, not counted in the head count. Head count also does not include the Co. Board Members, as most BOD's rarely if ever are FTE's. I personally met three employees, plus the Facilities Director.
