Having only been in this since just after the January / February climb / decline, I am not as familiar as some of yous guys here with the history of TECO.  What I will say is that it will find the correct price eventually assuming that things work out as we all believe they will.  The fact that we sit in the low to mid .03's only means that when things improve dramatically the price will explode when the scum recedes and lets this thing run to where it should go.  DTL, wicked hardcore manipulation is the only thing keeping us down at the moment, but when a major catalyst hits for us, it'll be Katie bah the door!
