Nobody seems to comment on the facts that TECO was in the low to mid 3's as early as 2010 and at that time they had zero going on for them and their business plan was a piss hole in the wind.  How is it that years later and all the leases, all the equipment, all the drilling and BOPD, partnerships, etc and we stay at .035.  These focking hedgefund manipulators and .50/post henchmen are the reasons.  No other reason whatsoever.  The market invests on future performance and yet all the above milestones have been proven in SEC filings but .035 is where we sit.  No matter how you slice it; this should be illegal activity but the head of the SEC is a lazy arsehole who turns her head on the micro-markets.  Anyone see the Obama 2016 movie.  The older I get and the more I read and learn; the middle class is being "ERASED".  Now why would the head of the SEC want to help the middle class make some money in the micro-caps while playing ball with the top 1%?
