Oh, I see- I didnt look close enough at Clarks post -since I'm so sick of the legal system in my own life -let alone dealing w it here in my "spare" time-and we've been programmed to expect delays after the umpteenth time
Clark was reporting not just from TX file as he usually has been doing of late but ALSO the CA case-and it was in the CA case where the conference was delayed to 7-18
so that clears up the confusion-thanks for forcing me to look at it again
so O-cat is apparently right-the TX case FINALLY began and should be over this week at the latest, barring some other unusual situation
