My fiance' uses Charles Schwab.

She bought 999,999 (almost 1 million shares) of BLTA at .03 for a cost of just under $30,000.

Schwab charged $8.95 for the transaction, which is what they charge for every transaction - buy or sell - regardless of the dollar amount.

The only limit is the number of shares you can place in a single order (999,999 is the max).

Please seriously consider opening up a Schwab or an E*Trade or a Fidelity account.

I believe that USAA actually charges a penny per share traded, and with BLTA, that commission rate would be insane.
