*fairness* was never in their DNA .. just egregious greed
with their ability to outlast *retail* (tho' i've come
to understand why they could outlast *some* retail)
being the norm since they can *mask* via resets
as long as one other *colluding entity* masks via resets
it is going to be interesting to see how specific OTCs are handled
they won't win them all ..
